S05 腫瘤干細胞與微環境

腫瘤干細胞在多種腫瘤的發生和發展過程中發揮著決定性的作用，是導致腫瘤復發、轉移和放化療耐受的根源。腫瘤干細胞能通過特殊的代謝模式和特定分泌因子的表達變化，適應甚至改造所處的腫瘤微環境，在腫瘤與腫瘤微環境相互作用過程中所發揮的特殊作用，從而促進了腫瘤的發展以及治療耐受。該分會場將邀請全國知名專家學者，討論腫瘤干細胞與微環境互作研究領域的最新成果和重要進展。

Cancer stem cells play a decisive role in the initiation and development of various tumors, and are the root cause of tumor recurrence, metastasis, and resistance to radio-/chemo-therapy. Cancer stem cells (CSC) can adapt to or even modify the tumor microenvironment. CSCs have special metabolic and expression patterns and play a special role in the interaction between tumor and tumor microenvironment, thereby promoting the development of cancer and treatment tolerance. The section will invite well-known experts and scholars from across the country to discuss the latest achievements and important progress in the research field of the interaction between CSC and microenvironment.
